This means that from the date of your purchase, you have a full 30 days (from order fulfillment) to initiate a return or exchange if you're not entirely happy with your item. Our process is straightforward, ensuring that returning or exchanging is as easy and accommodating as possible.

Options for Return and Exchange

Free Exchange: Choose an exchange for any item from our store, and we will cover both the return shipping and the shipping costs for the new item.

Store Credit with a Bonus: Opt for store credit instead of a refund, and not only will you receive the full value of your original purchase, but we will also add a bonus to your next order as a token of our appreciation.

Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, please be aware that a $20 return fee will be applied to cover the costs of return shipping and handling. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Exceptions to Our Policy

  • Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and must show no signs of wear or use.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step-by-Step Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility Ensure that your item is eligible for return or exchange according to our policy outlined above.

Step 2: Contact Us Send an email to info@southofsatluj.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or a cash refund.

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization Our customer service team will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.

Step 4: Prepare Your Return Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and make sure the RAN is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Step 5: Ship Your Return Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier's location as indicated on the shipping label. Keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.

Step 6: Processing Your Return Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund. For exchanges, we will send the new item to you at no additional cost. For store credit, we will issue the credit along with an additional bonus for your next purchase. For cash refunds, the return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Step 7: Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed, detailing the adjustment or the tracking information for the exchanged item.
